Ballet Conservatory’s Pre-Professional Division trains more than 50 dancers annually, aged 10-20, in six progressive levels in weekly ballet and modern classes, and performance rehearsals for our full-length classical ballets, plus neo-classical and contemporary world-premieres created on them for our annual ‘Winter Works’ production. BCA Dancer’s New Careers and Advanced Training! IN 2024-25, BCA DANCERS JOINED PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES at Washington Ballet, Bayerisches Staatsballet Munich & Kansas City Ballet! SIX BCA DANCERS JOINED PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES in 2023! at American Ballet Theatre, Miami City Ballet, Carolina Ballet, Ballet Tucson & New Chamber Ballet, and Finnish National Ballet! Several currently train at UNC School of the Arts and Top Dance Universities! (Indiana, Oklahoma, Butler, Utah, Point Park), where six graduated in 2023 alone, and over 20 have attended year-round, degree programs.
